1. bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, mold, material engineering or related subjects;

2. communicate with customers on project-related issues (quality, cost, time nodes);

3. those with one year or longer experience in actual project development of the auto parts industry and in leading a team for development are preferred;

4. relatively proficient use of english, able to communicate in written and spoken english;

5. good at planning, organization, problem analysis and decision-making;

6. with a strong initiative spirit, familiar with the requirement of ts16949 quality system;
